Reliable and efficient

MetroBank was by far the easiest high street bank to get an account setup with and have a physical card that I could start using on the same day. I’ve only had 2 issues in all the years I’ve been banking with them and both were resolved within an hour of being brought to MetroBank’s attention. On one occasion, my card was blocked due to a potential fraud alert - one phone call with the fraud team and they were able to unblock my account without any issues or money lost. When the chip in my card stopped working, they happily replaced my card with an extended expiration date on the spot when I went into the branch.
