Poor Customer Service In Branch (Slough)

Generally speaking everything is good. It all falls apart when you visit the Slough Branch. Drive Thru - ALWAYS Out Of Order - with NO Clear message or return date. Always a que inside the branch & I generally find the customer service pretty poor. The Staff always seem to be walking around & chatting amongst themselves - leaving you feeling dis-satisfied with the service being offered. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
