There’s always warm welcome when you go into the bank, always helpful, understanding, it’s so different from any other high street banks , it’s Dog friendly too, even when you call them they are always friendly and helpful, always try to go above and beyond to help, I get very excited when I walk into the Metro Bank, I get a lots of nice vibes from it.
