So helpful

My husband of many years passed away very recently. We were with another high st bank. As our main working account for many years. I tried to register his death and needed help sorting out official stuff. They were not compassionate or helpful to me in any way. Saying nobody available to see me until the next week and sent me away. As we also had an account with Metro I thought I will go see what they could do. A young chap was called Blaze was so lovely so helpful and compassionate. He sent a long time sorting everything out for me there and then. Consequently I had all our moneys transferred to Metro and closed our other accounts with the other unhelpful bank. As I am in my seventies it took a while for young Blaze to sort me out. I love Metro Bank and they are always helpful and reassuring for me. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your help and expertise at a time when I needed most. Amazing!
