Metro bank deserves to win the award because they go above and beyond to help me whenever I call or face to face visit.

Whenever I needed help, I have to choose which branch to go because so far, I've never been left out. Any of the staff team will attend to me in a cordial manner. I've introduced family and friends to Metro bank and they too gave a positive response for the services they received. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
