Customer centric and be-spoke care

I joined Metro at a personally difficult time, from the moment I walked in to set-up a new account, I was given personalised care, had an account open with a debit card in my hand within 45minutes. I am a very happy customer who can access the bank on weekends including Sundays and many a time have taken advantage of the early and late opening service. The staff are caring, focussed and make the experience personal and are the primary reason for my vote. I am now in teh process of opening a Business account. Metro Bank, you have my vote!
