Good customer experience but it could be better

Overall good service. Professional staff willing to help the customer. They have the magic machine where you can get rid of all your coins. The only downside is that Metro Bank does not have a cash in machine service. If you’re topping up your account with £300 the personal will say: that’s a lot of money, where do you have it? Which is fine because I can always justify and prove where the coins came from but it is embarrassing and it is not a great customer experience. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
