Customer Service

The reason we like Metro Bank is because unlike many other High Street banks their opening hours are longer, and they seem to care about the customer experience when visiting the branch. The counter service does not try to sell you any other products when all you want to do is a normal banking transaction. Also, their procedure for replacement of stolen or lost cards is refreshly quick and efficient. Having tried at least 3 other High Street banks, Metro Bank are in my opinion head and shoulders above the rest. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
