Excellent service offered, so far.

Whenever I entered the bank, there was always a staff member to receive. I've been banking in the UK for 35 years, but never received the one-to-one service I experienced at MB. There was always a staff member to receive me wit respect and acted with due diligence. On many occasions I was seen without an appointment. The space on entry allowed customers to move freely and stand at a space good in Covid time. I think the MB pay attention to health and safety. The reception area looks modern and appealing to the eyes. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
