Personable staff, account card printed off in a mere visit to the branch.

I was able to open an online account as the system was so accessible and even though I had never opened an online account independently prior to this. The Internet messages afterwards was unexpectedly relevant and useful, providing the name of the manager, address, etc. and extending such welcome and support without request and prompt. Immediately, the customer feels assured and excited to be at Metro Bank. On my subsequent visit to the branch, I encountered the same helpful, effective, efficient and accessible approach wherein a young banker led me through the process of downloading the app and accessing details of my account so effectively that for the first time ever, I am confident to monitor an account with ease; all the 'hotspots' leading to very useful data. I received my bank card on the same visit, printed off in minutes, no sweat! What a Bank! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
