The most user-friendly, dedicated and reliable bank in the UK

Right from opening my account, it’s been a very swift, very reliable, trustworthy and user-friendly experience and I can’t, but say this is the first bank that takes the customer as the centre-point of all their services; far from the other profit-seeking banks. At every point, customers are attended to and all concerns channeled and sorted within few minutes. Cash points have never failed and I’m so pleased to be a MetroBank customer. Pure and simple.
