So easy to use and accessible

I was recommended to use Metro Bank and once the account had been set up everything has been plain sailing. Easy to understand online access and contact with the branch as and when I need it. The branch itself is open at hours that suit the customer and not the bank and the office itself is clean, welcoming and comfortable. Staff are always welcoming and helpful.
