I needed access to a new card and no waiting days. Done in store. Efficient as ever.

I feel that Metro Bank is there whenever I need them. I am an in-store-branch person and need face to face dialogue and like sorting financial matters in my time not queuing in rival banks to do business in their narrow times. Metro Bank suits my lifestyle and I suit the philosophy of Metro with its no frills, no fuss, and no wait counter service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
