Great, people-focused, friendly bank

I've been with metro Bank for 10 years now after being really disappointed with falling customer service standards at my previous bank. Metrobank has never let me down. I've always felt like a valued customer, whether visiting in person, speaking on the phone and even the online experience. Metrobank does banking like you would hope - with a common sense and customer first personal approach. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
