Great customer service

I have recently switched all my personal accounts to Metro Bank. The whole process was made easy with a friendly advisor who explained everything and helped me set.up the app. My debit card was printed immediately and I was able to use all the accounts immediately. I love the fact that the branch is open at times other banks are not making it easy for me to go to branch and deal with a human being when I need to. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
