Customer Service and Products

Metro Bank are open early and here for their customers late too. They’re even open on Sundays, and for many people, Monday to Friday flies by with work and family etc. They offer a community bank account which is amazing for my local youth organisation to have an account that safeguards and facilitates expenditure for a non-profit organisation. I myself have a current account which is hassle free, fee free and super simple to navigate through. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
