Care is taken to care for customers

Although I get frustrated by being kept "on hold" and passed around from person to person, and by the multiplicity of code numbers which I am expected to remember, I must say that the service is good. Everyone is pleasant and helpful - and, particularly when I was "scammed" a few months ago, bank staff prevented the funds from leaving the bank, and I was reimbursed, within hours. in fact, I was barely off the phone with the scammers when bank staff rang me to express their concerns.
