Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Best bank I have been with.

Started to bank with Metro about 4 yrs ago, after I had had numerous fraudulent transactions with previous bank. They score high marks for me, because: 1. I like being greeted. 2. I like the opening hours. 3. The whole process for opening up a bank account, was very easy. 4. Having all my cards printed immediately in store, is a great idea and very efficient, especially as my account is active straight away. 5. It’s the only bank I know, that is dog friendly, which is very handy, as I can call in as part of my pup walk. 6. Dog treats. 7. Lovely lolly pops, even though they are not always there… (bring back the lollipops please)! 8. The staff are always happy and friendly. Solid 10/10 Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
