Stuck with a card freeze 1153 km from home

I was unable to pay upfront hotel costs due to a card freeze, therefore called customer support. Customer support security checked me both swiftly and thoroughly and said they would call back in exactly two minutes. The called back bang on time with the issue fully resolved.
