Review of the Triodos Bank, Current account:

Needs work to meet their stated ethos

I waited years for their current account, and I wouldn't leave for a less ethical bank despite various issues. But they need to take equality seriously as part of their commitment to sustainability. Social factors can't be discounted, including lack of ability to pay in cash, or to use the account without a smartphone. Also causes technical issues to be overly-reliant on one platform (as I experienced over the last couple of days, when their app went wrong, so I couldn't make any online payments or do bank transfers without it).
