I have an issue with regards to a cash machine withd...

I have an issue with regards to a cash machine withdrawal which hasn’t been resolved. I don’t know when it will be resolved and I’ve read online any money regarding cash being sucked back in at a cash machine is usually credited back to the account in within 24 hours however in my case it’s been 2 months and I’m no closer to getting my money back.
