Customers money and security of personal details are always at the forefront of Monzo operations

I’ve been with Monzo for 5/6 years and they are absolutely fantastic!!!! You can get 24/7 support, they respond to you within minutes and they always have a solution to everything. The app is speed reacting. You can see when money goes in and out straight away. If you’re abroad, the safety on if it is you is always reactant as they won’t process any payment unless you authorise it. They will do this multiple times just to ensure it is you using the card… Monzo Paramount in keeping everyone money and details safe and secure. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
