User friendly and efficient

Monzo is the apple of banking; so user friendly that I’m sure almost anyone could use it. They have also taken a modern approach; something I feel the more classically established banks should be pushing towards, especially for younger clients. They have captured the market extremely well, young people use Monzo because it’s sleek and not who their parents bank with. The feature they offer such as round up, flex, etc. are effortless to use and implement. The ability to create savings accounts with such efficiency hold incredible value in my opinion. The more barriers that Monzo remove to accessing features, the more streamlined their interface becomes, it’s no wonder people have switched and they received the award last year.
