Great bank with great customer service

Starling provides an easy to use app which gives parents control and oversight. When my son lost his card and we noticed it being used by someone else while we were abroad their customer services stopped it straight away, started an investigation, ordered a new card and, within days, refunded his money. All done through a no-nonsense chat window on my phone. This is how all banking should be! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
