Fantastic accounts, via highly intuitive app

Opening a current account via the banking app, then adding a regular savings account (instant access at an excellent rate), plus a round-up account, could not have been easier, or quicker. I have experience using 6 banking apps from different providers, and Chase are miles ahead of the pack. The accounts opened instantly, and the app is highly intuitive; so easy to navigate and gives great insights into your finances. I have also used their customer services, which were extremely responsive and dealt with my query so quickly. There was no request for me to rephrase or repeat things, as usually occurs with other customer service departments. I have already recommended it to my partner and friend, both of whom have opened Chase current and savings accounts, and are very grateful I brought Chase to their attention.
