A customer-focused bank

Having been with Chase for nearly a year, I’ve been very pleased with them. The app is easy to use and they seem customer focused. Many banks have various rewards systems but they tend to be clunky or rewards can only be gained/spent at certain retailers. Chase gives rewards in cash, and quickly. It’s not a huge amount but it all adds up! I feel like they value me as a customer, which I don’t feel with my previous high street bank. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
