Great bank with immediate support

I only joined Chase last year, already I’m impressed with their cash back rewards systems plus their customer service support line. It is so helpful, polite, and super efficient. Unlike other banks where you had to wait for so long, Chase always has someone on the other lines, ready to listen and help you in anyway they can. Originally my brother recommended me to join Chase, in the end, our whole family joined (me, my husband & my daughter) because they are that good! For me, most importantly is the support I received when I’ve ran into a major dispute incident with Harrods. Honestly, I would have given up without the team’s professional knowledge of backing me up, giving guidance and representative. The dispute is still ongoing bur no matter what’s the outcome, I am glad and grateful to have Chase right behind me. Highly recommended bank! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
