Efficient sharp responsive

The initial account opening experience was THE most efficient of 4 different online banks I opened a new account ahead of my retirement. Any issues are immediately responded to via the chat function which is clearly supported by real people and not some (not very clever algorithms)… cashback and roll up savings are exactly what they say on the tin. Lastly - the introduction to a sister business Nutmeg was first class… having banked with HSBC for 35 years I’m moving away from the norm, to experience the real customer benefit..
