So simple, perfect for children

I was looking for a debit card for my daughter and found out about Kite. She feels so grown up and has happily been using her card for over two years now. Each time a purchase is made I get a notification on my phone so can be sure that she’s not wasting her money on sweets! Since we first opened the account the Kite card now has an app for the child so that they can check their balance and view their transactions. A recent addition is a link to allow family members to pay directly in to her account. I haven’t used it myself yet but given how simple everything else is then I’m sure this will be too. The account has a charge/service fee of £2 per month, which I am happy to pay. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
