Proactive Customer Service

Vanquis have been proactive in looking after me, increasing my limit only when my circumstances allow it. They have also replaced my card immediately when they thought there was a fraud risk, there was no opportunity for fraudsters to steal any money, or delay in dealing with it, I just got send a new card immediately and was given further security advice.
