Transparent, clear and easy to use app & good rewards system

As above. Never trusted banking apps until Chase as it was very clear 8nstruction on anything you are required to so. App well laid out, prompt notifications and transfer easily set up. Rewards are also better than average with round ups & 1% cashback. Son had a refund issue and queries where quickly dealt with and he was kept informed at every stage.
