Simplicity at the fingertips

I opened up a Monzo account to have better control of my money and to round up my payments to start saving towards my future. The pots functionality allows me to set aside money for my own goals for example, holidays, birthday presents, emergency funds, and the round up feature goes towards my future savings. The app is super user friendly and easy to use which is great for someone like me who values convenience. They are also pretty hands on with customer service as well which is always a plus. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to do everything online, as opposed to having to visit a branch to do anything. I feel safe with Monzo, and I feel understood, which is the most important part.
