Amazing app

I’ve been with Chip for years, and have never felt as if customers are treated unfairly. The options to store/invest/save money have grown. I’ve only had to contact customer service once when my investment plan became part of the higher tier, and my returns weren’t worth the fee so I had to downgrade. But customer service was incredibly quick and helpful. I’ve recommend chip to friends and family before, and I have no reason not to stay (as I am a serial switcher). Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
