Smart, simple and super friendly

Delighted to be a Chip customer, the tech is of very high quality and feels very secure and trustworthy to use. Development is highly user centric with a broad selection of useful or interesting features coming out frequently that are easy to try out and adopt or reject. I’ve had few problems using Chip over the years, when I have, I found the customer support to be easy to access, quick to respond and accurate with fixes. If I give one critical point it would be to continue to be even more transparent with pricing - the model is simple, but at times I’ve been surprised to discover changes to how I pay for each feature.
