Triodos Bank Current Account works well for us without access to a branch

The most obvious potential disadvantage of having a Triodos Current Account is that Triodos Bank doesn't have any high street branches. The only significant consequence is that on the rare occasion when we receive a payment by cheque we have to pay it in by post which works fine. Not having a cheque book has never been a problem for us. If we have any questions our first option is to send a secure message using the app or internet banking. We've always got response within the stated deadline. The second option is to phone - the wait time is reasonable, your are not greeted with an irritating nest of options - instead you get to speak to real person who will do their best to answer your question there and then or if necessary respond by secure message.
