It’s so reassuring that there is a bank that cares about humanity and our planet and whose ethos is to use their customers’ money to benefit local communities and businesses. I feel so grateful and proud to be a customer. Whenever I’ve needed to speak to someone their customer support staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful.
