Great customer service and easy to use

Customer service on this platform is great and exceeds expectations. I have raised 2 queries directly through the app, and received an informative and friendly response within less than 24hrs. App is easy to use and simple to navigate. The only negative I have to say is that the trades made through the automated functions tend to take longer than the advised 2 days.
