It's a real shame, genuinely.

It's a real shame, genuinely. They've gone from the best bank by far (in fact, the best customer service and experience I've ever had) to some of the worst. They've allowed fraud to happen on my account and they have taken two weeks to do anything about it and that only happened because I started ringing them every hour. It's been absolutely ridiculous, unbelievable and I am so disappointed. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

The best bank ever.

Honestly, it just works and that's all that I want and need. Then they add little perks like who they sponsor and an interesting mailing list. Never had positive thoughts about a bank before, just neutral or negative. I recommend them to so many people! Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
