Great customer service with an easy and flexible account

Starling provides a really flexible account with easy transfers between a sterling and a euro account. An illustration of this is using my card i don't have to switch currencies, as the payment automatically comes out of the correct account, which is so useful for a frequent traveller to and from Europe, Starling have terrific customer service as it is easy to either speak to someone who is always very helpful or set up a chat on line. Their agents are so patient, and reassuring even with the most banal enquiries. This is not something i have found with every banking customer helpline Another really good feature is the way that notifications ping through in real time giving confidence of spend. Purchases are easy to track in the app so screen grabs can be used to prove payments if there is a query All the information i need is in the app on my phone - so always available to find .
