Zopa has amazing customer care and advice, I have used zopa for a long time now and I cannot think of any bad experiences that I have ever had, it has always been a pleasure talikng to the whole zopa team as they are so kind to customers and very polite, I always recommend zopa to friends and family as I have never had a bad experience, i will always use zopa for my future needs because I have had amazing customer service since the start.
