I opened a Starling account in 2018 when I wanted a 'second bank' to keep spare cash having grown frustrated with the customer service and clunkyness of banking with Halifax in general at the time. After a few months with Starling and seeing how easy everything was it was like finally I had been freed from the torment of traditional banking - so started using Starling as my primary bank. Since then I've started a LTD company and didn't hesitate to sign up to Starling Business Banking (which was open and active within 48 hours). In short, couldn't be happier, best bank ever!
