Can't compare

Although they are an online banking system can't deny how good the customer service is. Every problem I've had had been resolved within 24 hours even suggestions I've made to help improve the app from a customers prospective have been replied to and not ignored. My phone was stolen on holiday rang through and got the help I needed and problems sorted there and then. Every ingoing and outgoing payment I receive a notification can't fault them glad I made the switch a few years ago now! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
