Using Monzo was one of the best decisions I had made for finances

Using Monzo and its ability to easily pin point where money was going month to month really helped me narrow down on my budget expenditures. What's more, Monzo have clearly been successful enough that designers in the bigger banks are paying attention because they're now playing catch up with their own apps. Mobile banking is my go to, because I work full time and can't get into the local highstreet bank during their open hours. Monzo had great customer service, a younger corporate tone that I appreciate, and doesn't make it a chore to check balances and account activity. What's not to love? Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
