Best Banking experience ever

I was a victim of a fraud transaction and my money was taken from my account unwillingly as I have done a previous transaction with them. I blocked my card and informed Monzo. Monzo responded to it immediately and took action contacting them to recover that money immediately. Monzo even send me the new debit card within one day with out any charge.
