As well as having the best ethical credentials for a bank, it’s also both rare and wonderful to be met by a HUMAN ( in all good senses of the word) at the end of a phone line. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

The initial and main reason for choosing to bank with Triodos was for its ethical convictions and credentials and my experience ,If I’ve ever needed to call and speak to someone at Triodos, has always been ones that’s felt very much people centred, positive, friendly and that nothing is too much trouble..
