I have always had exemplary customer support, easy access and short wait times to speak to a real human, and great information about where my money is being invested. Great ethical banking and customer service

Unlike many banks, a human answers the phone and is always swift to help. Only bug bear is that my card doesn't work with Apple pay! Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
