Customer service is better than other Highstreet banks by a long shot

Opened my Monzo account 4, nearly 5 years ago now. Use it for all my banking needs and then some. Flexible loan options, Monzo flex, overdraft. They just do everything better than 99% of banks out there. I’ve had accounts with Barclays, TSB, Santander, Metro, Halifax. None of them have been on the same level as Monzo Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
