Amazing bank and next level app

After using high street banks, it is clear Monzo are streets ahead. The app is easy use and has really helped me manage my money like never before. I have contacted support a couple of times, mainly for queries and had a response within hours or less. I can only image the response times if I had an actual issue. Helpful and polite.
