I have had a couple of issues, where I have been conned by commercial businesses. Monzo have been very supportive during these times. Customer service have been absolutely amazing, quick responses, and no judgement. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Outstanding service. Easy to set up and great customer service.

Where mainstream banks can prove problematic when trying to open an account, Monzo is simple and user friendly. The added benefit of the flex option is great for those who may find themselves stretched for liquidity. I would recommend Monzo to those who not only are opening an account for the first time but also those who already have mainstream banking accounts.
