Simple online personal loans

Took out a personal loan a few years back and recently paid it off. Never had any problems with this lender or had any need to contact them. Got helpful reminder emails about my direct debit if the collection date had to change due to bank holidays etc. The website is quite basic and could be slow to load my loan details, but this was not a major problem.
